Back to work today; on the roads, not the box. Feeling exhausted from the weekend and good times, decided to take another day off but still planning on 5 days of training this week. Tomorrow morning will be back to heavy squats 5x5 @ 245, lets go!
Diet: Good. 3 eggs in the morning along with some greens cooked in olive oil, a pork chop, and half an avocado. Lunch was another pork chop, carrots and broccoli; some almonds and an apple. Dinner consisted of 1/4 chicken dark meat, a portion of ham, some greens. Late night had half a steak, 4 oz or so and glass of v8.
Rest: went to bed around 1130 woke up around 7 initially, gotta get more sleep! friends from out of town keeping me up! the things we do for good friends.
