Workout: 5 x 5 Power cleans

135-145-155-165-175

Then

EMOM (Every minute on the minute) for 10 mins

5 x 135 lb power clean
5 x 20# slamball

Diet: paleo, solid.

Rest: in a bit of a hole, need extra sleep tonight.
